April 2021 Extended Returns:
We are temporarily extending our returns policy to 28 days for orders placed between 02 April 2021 and 30 April 2021. Thereafter our standard returns policy below will come into effect.
All returns are to still strictly meet the below resaleable condition requirements.
Any orders placed before 02 April 2021 and after 30 April 2021 will be subject to the standard 14 day returns policy.
Standard Returns Policy
Want to return your order? No problem! You have 14 days to return your order (except for cosmetics/fragrances) for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Items that you wish to return must reach us no later than 14 days from the date you receive them.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase. All returned items must be in resaleable condition
- Be unused/ not worn
- Be unwashed
- Has no make-up, fake tan, body lotion or other marks
- Has no smell of perfume or deodorant
- In its original packaging with original tags attached
- The ribbon has not been cut-off
Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items, so it is important that they are returned to us in good condition. If they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy, they will not be accepted for a refund and re-delivery of the refused return will be at the customer's expense.
Unfortunately, in the interest of hygiene and due to the nature of product being sold, we cannot offer a refund nor exchange on any cosmetic item or fragrance.
How to return an item
1. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags in a sealed bag.
2. Email email@example.com stating the reason for return and one of our sales team will respond to you within 24 hours to proceed with your return. 3. Please then return the package to the address provided by our sales team by using tracked postage. We will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please keep your proof of return until you have been credited for your returned items. Please note that you need to pay the return cost yourself.
Please note if you return an item outside of the 14 days, we cannot refund you for the returned item. We are also not able to send it back to you at no cost so please check the date before returning your item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned product we normally inspect and process the refund within 2-3 working days. The exact time it takes for you to receive the money back depends on your payment method and is subject to bank clearing time.
Can I have an exchange?
For allowed exchanges, please return your items for a refund and place a new order with the items you wish to have.
All returns are subject to our original condition policy as set out above. If a refund is due, your invoice will be adjusted, and you'll receive a refund from Klarna within 10 working days for all payments you’ve already made.
Your refund will be issued back to the credit or debit card you used at checkout to pay your first instalment (if applicable).
If you haven't paid all of your remaining instalments, then Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments.
